Kokoras

This is a wine that is young, fresh and vibrant. In the mouth appears of medium body, well-balanced and slightly tannic.

After the harvesting, the grapes ferment in large steel containers and terracotta (ceramic) jars. The maceration lasts for about 10 days. Temperatures are not regulated.

The wine is then refined for 12 months in steel containers and terracotta (ceramic) jars.

Finally, it rests in the bottle for 2 months.

Kokoras in Greek means rooster.
